10am - 6pm Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm Saturday Sun, Holidays and any times not covered by Normal or Priority
$59.99 / hour $89.99 / hour $119.99 / hour
On-Site work is subject to a $19 service fee for local calls. For On-Site calls out of the local area, travel time will be charged at the same rate as service time given above.
1 hour minimum charge, for additional hours the charges are rounded to the nearest half hour.

*Service time is the time spent on-site or doing hands-on support where the technician is dedicated to your solution. Service time does not include time spent waiting for a computer to finish a long unattended process. For example, if you have a potentially damaged hard drive and a disk diagnostic or repair utility is being performed, you are only charged for time taken for setting up the repair utility and any additional service such as installation of the new hard drive and configuration but you are not charged for the time taken by the utility.
